Our Founder
Shubha Menon is the driving force behind Inquest Career Counselling, with over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience across human resources, education, and business management. She holds an M.Phil. in Commerce and Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and an M.Com in Computer Applications—academic achievements that reinforce her credibility and expertise in guiding career journeys.
Having worked as an HR manager, trainer, assistant professor, and business consultant, Shubha brings a unique perspective to career counselling. Her deep insight into hiring processes, skill development, and industry expectations enables her to offer students, graduates, and professionals relevant, practical, and strategic guidance.
